Twitch Features

Fitment’s streamer edition allows your viewers to remind you to take healthy breaks and engage with you during each exercise session through channel points and more! Here’s what Fitment: Move With Me! can do:

Subscriber Notifications

During a Fit session, sub notifications will appear in-game with special alerts, allowing you to cheer a new sub while still focusing on your micro workout!

Blocklist Exercise Moves

You can turn off specific moves in the Fitbook to prevent them from appearing during your sessions. You don’t need to do any exercise you’re not comfortable with!

Earn Fitment Gems for Bits

Viewers can send you Fitment gems through cheering while Fitment is active. Gems can be used to acquire exclusive Fitment items and you can show your viewers all the cool items they’ve unlocked for you!

Automatic Reminder Polls

Set a reminder frequency of when you want Fitment to send an automated poll to chat; your viewers then vote on whether they want you to do a Fitment break or not. You control the frequency, making sure you never go too long (or not long enough!) without a break.

Encouragement with Channel Points

Your viewers can encourage and engage with you through channel points! Channel points are automatically added during the workout portion and are removed once completed. Enough encouragement from your fans means they may activate an additional move.

Let Viewers Add More Time or Moves

Let viewers engage with your break session by adding more time or an extra move using channel points! Don’t worry about going for too long: you control the maximum workout length.

Getting Started Instructions

We know you’re busy, so we ensured using Fitment: Move With Me! is simple. This is a one time process to get connected.

Connecting and authorizing is a one-time process. For future sessions of Fitment, you just need to open the game before or during your stream.

Twitch Settings

Enable Cheers (Bits) For Gems
Bits received will give you bonus Gems when Fitment is the active window.

Enable Auto Reminder Polls
If Fitment is opened, a poll is automatically sent to your chat. You can trigger a poll manually through Start Poll button in homescreen and turn this option off.

Encourage Custom Reward
This is a channel point reward during the exercise screen for your viewers to show their support.

Encourages Required to Add Move
If enough viewers encourage, it turns into an additional move. Have your audience work together to fill the Encourage Meter.

Add Time Custom Reward
Standalone 10 seconds added to the current move.
Standalone 30 seconds added to the current move.

Max additional time
The maximum additional time for all rewards in a workout.

Standalone channel point reward for adding a move.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! Fitment: Move With Me! is free-to-play and stream. The streamer edition does not have in-app purchases or advertisements to earn gems. Bits on your stream will generate Fitment Gems (if enabled) and we do not take a cut. You can support the studio by downloading the full game on mobile if you wish.

Fitment: MWM needs to be minimized in the background to send polls and messages to your Twitch audience when you’re streaming in another window. If you don’t want this feature, you do not need to keep Fitment minimized in the background.

Yes! Simply download and play without logging into a Twitch account. For full feature access, we highly recommend downloading the (also free) full version of Fitment on mobile.

For your viewers to use channel points, polls, or bits, you must be a Twitch Affiliate or Partner. You can still stream Move With Me with Twitch features turned off.

Fitment: MWM must be active (window open and infront) to register bits as Fitment gems. If you click off of the Fitment window, it deactivates.

Fitment: MWM will automatically add channel point options while the workout is happening and remove the channel point options when a workout is completed. Channel points do not appear while in the homescreen of the game.

Our PC streamer edition and mobile versions are separate and will not allow cross saves at this time. We’re still working on it.

We are not currently available on Mac.

Check out the https://glossbird.itch.io/fitment-movefitwithme page for the latest version. We currently do not support auto-updates on PC but are looking into it. For now, you can check the release notes to see if it contains new items in the shop.

Fitment: MWM channel point rewards only show up during the exercise. Channel point rewards are automatically added then removed when the workout ends. Channel points are in order of amount and may be tucked between your regular channel point redeems.

We also recommend to check your connection status in the Twitch settings in Fitment: MWM.

Bits can be claimed as Fitment Gems anytime that Fitment is the active window, not just during the exercise.

Make sure the Fitment file from itch did not have any files removed from it or it will not run (see instructions above). Make sure the Fitment – Move With Me file is the one that is being opened. Some older computers can’t run the game, we are actively working on this with Twitch.
